·        Applywith complete details of self, premises, available hardware, plan for businessdevelopment in the formate of the data sheet attached at the end of this offer.

·        Receiptof the application and data sheet at the controlling office of VSRM would befollowed by personal interview with the Director VSRM and a visit by a team of VSRM professional at the prospective centre, if needed.

EligibilityCriteria for VSRM Study Centre

The VSRM Study Centre should satisfy the followingcriteria.

·        Shouldbe in business (IT related or otherwise) or should be a professional with therequired entrepreneurial acumen.

·        Shouldbe willing to invest required amount of money in setting up a centre withproper infrastructure and main power.

·        Shouldhave commitment for providing quality training to students.

·        Shouldbe willing to be a part of the VSRM team in accepting the terms and conditionand procedures as laid down by VSRM.

Administrator/Manager - Knowledgeof Computer Software Training, Experience, having Good Management Skills.

Faculty- Thorough knowledge of subject, disciplined, Student’s problemsolving capacity.

Counsellor/Receptionist- Pleasent personality with good communication skills,knowledge of computer courses, disciplined.

MarketingExecutive- Experienced Hardworking, knowledge of computercourses, good communication skills.

OfficeBoys- Disciplined & Experience.

Profitabilityof Operations

The granting of study centre status would be possible aftercareful study of the market potential, number of students graduation form therelevant streams etc.The specifics in terms of operational economics will bediscussed in person with each of the study centres.The study centres arerequired to make a study of the Engineering Colleges, Polytechnics and sciencecollege and other institutes of the area by way to the number of studentspassing out each year.

Eachstudy centre would be provided with a detailed operational manual which provideguidelines to various aspects like.

 Internalsystems and procedures

·        Co-ordinations

·        Purchase of classes and practical

·        Examination procedure

·        Certificate issue procedures

·        The study centre should follow the steps outlined in the manualwould be the key essence to the agreement with the study centres.

The VSRM study centre shall abide by the agreement and conditions followed by all VSRM centres.

This amount shall bedeposited at the time of signing the affiliation agreement.
